Custo Barcelona Names Dara Pauker Chief Executive Officer of North America


New York, February 2nd, 2009 - Custo Barcelona announced today that Dara Pauker has joined
the company as Chief Executive Officer of North America as of January 19, 2009. Pauker’s
responsibilities include the expansion of the wholesale, retail and online businesses in North
America. All U.S. functions will report to her.

businesses.” said company Founder and Creative Director, Custo Dalmau.

Pauker joins Custo Barcelona from Liz Claiborne Inc., where she oversaw store programs for the
Liz Claiborne, DKNY Jeans, and Claiborne Men’s brands as the Vice President of Brand
Operations. In this role she managed the retail performance of doors in excess of $250 million
in annual volume. Prior to that, Pauker served as Group Director of Strategic Planning for Liz
Claiborne Inc., working with the company's brands and divisions on key strategic initiatives.

Pauker began her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group
and was Founder, Director, and Product Manager for Pulse123. Pulse123 is an online market
research company under Walker Digital, the Internet incubator of Jay Walker, who founded
Priceline.com.

York, L.A., Miami, Las Vegas and Chicago. 2009 store openings include; Saudi Arabia, Dubai,
Qatar, Kiev, Caracas, Isla de Margarita and Singapore. Custo Barcelona launched four new
product categories for the spring/summer 09 season; eyewear, watches, sneakers and
fragrance.
