Splendid bit of Posh
Has Victoria Beckham caught the Los Angeles casualwear bug? The star, recently most likely to be seen sporting a crisp white shirt from Dolce & Gabbana or a gown by Roberto Cavalli, has been photographed out dining with her husband and P.Diddy, sporting a rather more casual grey cotton T- shirt, which she customized by wearing it off the shoulder and teamed with a pair of black trousers and cinched with a wide black belt. The brand behind the tee is US label Splendid, favoured by celebrities such as Kirsten Dunst and Gwyneth Paltrow. According to the label's founder Moise Emquies, 'One new T-shirt took up to 27 fittings to get right. What is essential to me is that my tees are the softest, most durable, must luxurious T-shirts a woman could ever own. Something she'll wear over and over again.' As well as being stocked in, among other boutiques, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges, the brand has also just been launched on Net-a-porter. Although we doubt we'll be seeing her in flip flops any time soon, the T-shirt, along with her Californian blonde hair, could be the start of a more relaxed-looking Ms Beckham.
